Breakfast/Hotel policy
1.Breakfast team followed the hotel policy by we already change the uniform before we punch in and also when we punch out we were in the uniform.
2.We did't having breakfast at staff canteen anymore.
3.Breakfast team will make sure everything done before we open the restaurant at 7 a.m.
4.Not allow to use tissue paper,because we prepare only napkin cloth for the customers.
5.We already change cloth on the buffet line from the white one to the green one(The old one from Cafe boca they did't use anymore)
6.Now i have daily staff assignment for taking care for each section.
7.Now we already change the kids price(6-12 years old)from 245 baht++ to 280 baht++ from K.Suzanne.I already inform front office and also IT department for make the new price in the micros system.
8.Some food tag was missing we make a new one for put on the buffet line everyday,so now we have all food tag no more missing.
9.Staff grooming,so breakfast staff already change hair style follow by hotel policy and we say thank you K.Prang,K.Mai for new hair standard.
10.And also we start put the time to every order form,because we can check with the chef to how long that they make that order.
11.I taking care about all casual,trainee who support at eve breakfast,so we have briefing,train them before we working for everymorning.
12.We had good comment about the service side from most of the customers,so when we got negative thing we will improve on that thing.
13.During Cafe boca have less staff,so we send daily schedule for who will support Cafe boca.
14.After we close around 10.30 we will clean all cutlery and keep everything in the trolley and move it back to the 7 floor.
