2.8. Reproducibility and statistical analysis
All analyses were carried out in triplicate. The means of the results were evaluated using analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Tukey’s test was used to compare significant differences (P < 0.05) between the physicochemical, fatty acid profile, textural and sensory evaluations. The statistics model of sensory analysis data contained only a fixed effect of treatment. SPSS (v. 17, Chicago IL, USA) was used for the statistical analyses.
