Refer to case below (SEA-AIR Shipment) , could you please issue credit note ref. Mint No. 17011977 item number 2 with amount 963.96 EUR for MHCT? I think, this case Waremme need to come back to K&N as normal logistics process.
For Thailand side: if we found some damaged of incoming shipment;
1) Take a photo
2) Do Damaged found Report and sign acknowledged by truck driver/ delivery company VS our warehouse staff.
3) Inform 3PL (Freight forwarder) of the damaging.
4) 3PL asked insurance survey guy to re-check and confirm the damaging
5) Waiting investigate form 3PL, if yes if those damaging is belonging to transport and delivery under 3PL party so 3PL will pay back of minimum claim as same as global logistics rule. If no, 3PL will give report of root-cause of the damaging such as damage from customs, from airlines operation or any but 3PL do need to describe and explain in Dear team…. Process of goods receiving of both raw material and finish goods are very importance, once we found some damaged please do not let it pass, unless it will belonging to our site. I am sure you all will not let it happen and I believe that you will keep continuing for the best pactice whenever we found some damaging then we do need to do step by step as we have done so far.
