To study the effects of light/dark

To study the effects of light/dark and temperatures on regrowth,
fresh synseeds were transferred to Petri dishes containing 25 ml of
M2 medium. The synseeds in Petri dishes were incubated at 25 and
15±2 ◦C in light (16 h) and 25, 15 and 4±2 ◦C in dark (24 h).
