As a rule, rommelag ag performs maintenance services through remote maintenance, under the condition that
Customer provides the required technical infrastructure according to rommelag ag's requirements, rommelag ag may in
its sole discretion decide on a case by case basis whether the maintenance service shall be performed on the
Customer's premises or through remote maintenance. In this respect, Customer acknowledges and accepts that
rommelag ag has access to the Customer's system (configuration and application data).
