The purpose of this role is to:
- Manage selection process including sourcing, internal job posting, rehiring process, review applications, screening, prepare shortlist, conduct assessment, and arrange panel interview of candidates.
- Searching potential candidates from other sources
- Identify some candidates to be shortlisted and candidates’ reference checking
- Handling to offer jobs and negotiating salary and benefits to candidates
- Assist Line Managers to understand recruitment policy and process as well as to define and specify recruiting requirements to ensure the business needs and goals
- Handle all the end to end recruitment procedures and processes and activities and responsible for continuing process improvement in recruitment procedures and processes
- Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and able to utilize various effective sources and tools to help attract right candidates
- Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure right attitude and personal values to the organization
- Interact with applicants to inform them of employment possibilities, consideration, and selection and other relevant information
- Make appropriate recommendation to the Line Manager on candidate selection
- Prepare and maintain employment records and facilitate the hiring process with required activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related filed
- Preferred: Relevant human resources experience in a similar role
- Working knowledge of Recruitment & Training
- Understanding and application of coaching skills within a HR Business Partner model
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
- Strong communication skills in english
- Knowledge of OHSW&E standards and processes
- Preferred: Understanding of automotive lean manufacturing systems and principles (i.e. TS16949, APQP, 5S, TPS)
