Next we are going to add the bananas, and then we're going to add the
strawberries. Now if you want to use fresh strawberries, I would go ahead
and core them and slice them up. I would use probably, I don't know, a good
cup of strawberries, but I would sprinkle on a teaspoon or so of sugar, and
put those in the refrigerator for a little bit, and go ahead and let the
strawberries start building up that natural juice. That extra juice that is
produced is critically important in this, because it helps with the
strawberry flavor. I just think it adds a nice little touch of sweetness.
And you know what, that's it, 30 seconds in the blender, I don't even think
it was that much. We're going to pour that into a glass. This makes one
fairly large smoothie for you, and if you like, you can decorate this with
a fresh strawberry, if you're feeling like you want to be fancy. And there
