Unfortunately by my check out I did not collect or I was not given the receipt of my last payment. I paid in advance 7 days by my arrival on the 18th June. I stayed until the 1st July. By checkout I paid the difference but the receipt is missing.
I need it urgently to get reimbursed.
I stayed in room 318.
Can you be so kind to urgently send me per email a copy of the missing receipt or even better a receipt of the whole stay?
