I have to say working mainly via email does not work particularly well in our perspective, as it required a lot of organizing time to do the preparation with screenshots and description. Also it doesn’t give us opportunity to work out flexible solution with chance to explain reasons for each of us in a short amount of time.
If possible, I would still hope for a direct call the same way we do with the global collections. I would think 30 minutes will be maximum for each call or even 15-20 minutes. If we do not have a need, then we will not call.
I know you are very busy, but this is a very critical time to put an effort into the collections in order to get a better results with less unexpected errors, and eventually a successful launch.
This is also coming back to the reason why I’ve expressed very often my wish to have you here in Thailand for time like this.
