Inviting the audience for questions
After delivering the summary and conclusion, you may have time for questions.
Expressions to use:
“That completes my presentation, if you have questions you may ask them now.”
“That wraps up my discussion, are there any questions?”
“Now I am opening the floor for questions, please feel free to ask questions.”
No matter how much you may not like the presentation, asking questions in a polite way is a MUST.
WAYS TO ASK A QUESTION:
“Your presentation was well done. But I want to clarify on one thing, can you explain…”
“I got what you mean by _______, but can you explain what you meant about _____?”
Can you explain _______ please?”
“I’m sorry but I didn’t quite understand your explanation about ________?”
“Do you mind if I ask what you mean by ______?”
“Could you explain the solution again please?”
