Jiwoo : Recently, an institute in Korea held a symposium on ‘Korean Leadership,’ and there were four major components that constitute ‘Korean Leadership.’ The first one is be tolerate toward people under him or her based on the strong bond toward them and being affectionate and protective for them. The second component is to the people over them, they make them feel at ease, avoid unnecessary conflict and assist them to make the best performance. The third component is to actively cooperate and communicate with their colleagues based on their trust and respect, and to show the attitude of harmony by being well-rounded attitude. The last one is to be patient about others’ faults and mistakes and to be willing to accept hard things for their group they are engaged in.
