Deliver professional merchant service to achieve high percentage of merchant satisfaction
•Ensure efficiency, responsive and professional service is provided
•Ensure all incoming calls and outgoing calls are handled professionally & promptly
•Ensure all merchant requests / follow up are appropriately recorded, referred to related parties in time manner and follow to through to satisfactory resolution
•Assist the valued merchants with product and transaction inquiries.
•Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
•Manage and solve merchant complaints.
•Direct requests and unresolved issues to appropriate departments.
•Keep records of merchant interactions, transactions, complaints, and details of actions taken. Multi-tasking all areas of job responsibilities as defined by management.
•Communicate and coordinate with various internal departments.
