Responsibilities:
• Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible.
• Greet assist and/or visitors and the general public.
• Pick up and deliver the mail and courier.
• Welcome customer contact.
• Monitoring material and equipment to be organized and ready usefully.
• Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conference room.
• Monitor the use of supplies and equipment in meeting room
• Coordinate the repair and maintenance of office equipment.
• Presentation material as assigned by the meeting room,
• Perform and administer special event; party arrangement, gift requisition, New Year gift.
Qualification:
• Bachelor Degree or higher any related field
• Male/Female, age not over 30 years old
• New graduate are welcome
• Good command in English
• Services mind oriented, good interpersonal skill and positive attitude, strong responsibility, good team work
• Adequate MS Office skill
