9. Termination
9.1 After the Probation Period the Company or the Employee may terminate this agreement at any time by giving written notice to other party at least 1 month in advance.
9.2 If the Employee is absent from work, without any reason or prior notice to his immediate superior, for 3 consecutive workdays or more, it shall be deemed to be abandonment of his duty and the Company may terminate this Agreement immediately, without compensation or notice thereof.
9.3 If the Employee breaches or violates any provision of this Agreement or any of those specified in the Work Rules & Regulations or the Code of Conduct, the Company may terminate this Agreement immediately, without compensation or notice thereof.
9.4 The Company may consider terminating the employment of the Employee having taken more than 30 days of sick leave within any year on the basis of diminished work capacity.
