The results are divided into three parts. First, the author will present the results of the Teen
Inventory on Common Stressors and Stress Symptoms (Schmitz & Hipp, 1995) that participants
completed at the beginning of the project in order to gain a better understanding of the stress
symptoms and life stressors adolescents‟ face. Results from the Stress Symptoms part of the
inventory will be discussed, followed by results of the Stress portion of the inventory. Next, in
