The “Tenant” will pay the “Landlord” a damage guarantee deposit equivalent to 2 months rent, which is an amount of Thai Baht 14,000.00 (in words : fourteen thousand baht ). This deposit will be returned to the “Tenant” within 7 days after termination of this agreement and after settlement of any possible damages that can be claimed by the “Landlord”. This deposit serves as an immediate fund for the “Landlord” in case of damages. The “Tenant” remains responsible of any damages that exceed the value of this deposit.
