Evidence of management level participated in "Safety Review Board" for all serious incidents and corrective / preventive actions. All records are well maintained and corrrective action closed in within the target date. If not closed, evidence of escalation and proposal of next closing date.
The manager aware of recovery plan of individual on "return to work plan" and the corrective/preventative action in the department and HRBP.
