MaMajor Responsibilities:
Develop and execute segmentation marketing campaigns through portfolio analysis and market research as per selection criteria to build up customers’ utilization, retain customers' loyalty
Conduct pre and post campaign analysis to optimize campaign mechanics, channel mix and segmentations
Assist on portfolio management activities, for example, card upgrade, credit line increase, and special project/ event
Prepare monthly KPI report on portfolio performance for management to review and monitor
Work cross-functionally to ensure wing-to-wing process and handle customer inquiries to ensure high level of customers' satisfactions
Assist in project and special assignments
