In order to help Heng An Standard Life Insurance Company expand it business successfully to countrywide this paper analyzes the marketing strategies of how to communicate with the government followed by cooperation mode and location recommendations. By combining the government polices with environment characteristics this paper sets down Heng An's network strategy towards the government, Cooperation Mode and Other operation strategies: Persuasion strategy, Media strategy, and Research strategy. By analyzing Heng An's network strategy many problems are found out and solved by using cooperation mode and other operation strategies: persuasion strategy, media strategy and research strategy. Empirical results show that these stratigies are very important for Heng An's success.
