• Report to Assistant Manager, HR
• Assist in recruitment sourcing, interview arrangement, and new hire process
• Champion on general employee welfare and engagement administration such as insurances, provident fund, social security, annual health check-up and other HR initiatives
• Coordinate with immigration consultant in work permit and visas applications for expatriate employees
• Coordinate training matters and update training records
• Maintain and update HR records
• Support in ad-hoc HR projects
