HOWEVER one thing you say concerns me, and I hope you can but this concern to rest. You say:
“And when your transfer successful from the other banks not SCB, you have to send the transfer document or pay-in slip to our Account Receivable staff to verify and issue the receipt according. But if you have done the money transfer via your SCB bank account, we can track your transaction from the referrer and no need any further documents to proof from your side.”
This is not what we wanted when we changed accounts to SCB. What we asked for was that the new bank would advise us who the sender was of ANY payment from ANY BANK. This suggests we will still have the reconciliation problem if the payment is from any bank except SCB. Please investigate as I see our suspense account increasing, your workload jumping and unhappy owners at WaterMark…..
This needs fixing?
