Process
We have engaged the national leaders more and more in leading the LC process. In Buriram, Tik did most of the facilitation and Narin was also involved. We plan to give him more and more responsibility. Both Tik and Narin will be able to take central roles in leading Agenda1 and will both be able to teach and facilitate.
In Cambodia, Chakreya and Sithuon are both seasoned leaders and will be able to facilitate LC’s and train new leaders to do so. This will happen more when we start LC’s in the provinces. It was a joy to see the team from Pursat that has attended A1 in Phnom Penh take ownership and leadership during the taster in their province. Each time there was a discussion in pairs or in groups, they were active in helping and explaining. They seemed to be proud and happy to be hosting the taster and involving many leaders from their province
