The Company has to estimate its severance payment obligations under Thai labor law and recognize these in its accounts in accordance with IAS 19. The Company is required by Thai labor law to make severance payments to employees who leave employment at their retirement age or are terminated by the Company without cause. The payments range from one to ten months’ basic salary, based on the length of service. The Company does not have other benefit schemes. Employee benefit obligations for the year 2016 have been determined by an actuary. We have reviewed the actuarial report in respect of the appropriateness of assumptions for the current year end and the correctness of information of employees. No exception was noted.
