Please kindly file 3PL complaint to Yusen as per below detail. Issue is from not accurate communication to Dow. Dow got confirmation that delivery will arrive to customer within 5 pm but finally it is late , so customer did not provide their warehouse staff to support un-loading/receiving. Then the shipment has been rejected.

History: - Customer EPI has no overtime work so they cannot unloading our product after 5PM
- At 5-FEB-2014, truck was planned to deliver product to two customers this day but appear that unloading at first customer was delayed and effect to second customer as too late to unload
- EPI reject to receive product after work hour so we brought back product to W/H.
