Lead in all technical term of a food processing function and food development projects; also provide expertise in multiple food processing disciplines.
Act as business partner to Research, Quality & Marketing by providing cross-functional food processing expertise and guidance to project teams.
Ensure the delivery of the most cost effective and efficient laboratory tools to solve problems and provide product and process understandings to involved parties
Prepare and deliver technical leadership and a food processing technical resource to laboratory personnel and provide technical solution supports related to process in the Pilot Plant and near line support in mass production manufacturing environments
Execute the near-line food processing program and deploy procedures to manufacturing facilities
Oversee knowledge transfer with clear guidelines to manufacturing production and quality team on approved methods for food processing related functions and procedures.
Consult with customers to appropriately select and execute correct testing methodology to meet project objectives.
Proactively seeking and acquiring new technology related to food processing to continuously improve existing methodologies.
Manage routine maintenance and configuration and adjustment of food processing related analytical instruments and testing on established methods in the laboratory.
