4. Oatmeal cooked with a few raisins (soaked overnight) and a slice of corn bread. Best in Cool Weather
5. Whole grain granola cereal. Pour warm water over cereal; add 1/4 teaspoon licorice powder, lecithin granules, fresh wheat germ flakes; mix contents; cover bowl and let stand 10 minutes. Eat and enjoy. Best in Cool to Moderate Weather
