IKEA Non Conformity
When Service Provider requests compensation for Extra Costs due to non-conformance of the
Agreement, this should be reported by sending a "Non Conformity Advice", to the Transport
Planner mentioned in the Transport Booking within 2 working days after the event took place.
The Transport Planner, or someone appointed by the Transport Planner, will thereafter be
responsible for driving the process in accordance with the Agreement and return with a decision
within 7 working days. The costs are considered as Extra Costs and stated in the relevant Sub-
Agreement.
