2.8. Statistical analysis
Quantitative data from behavioral tests were subjected to Kruskal–Wallis non-parametric variance analysis, followed by the Mann– Whitney test when appropriate. Proportions in the RRT were compared by Fisher’s exact test. Neurochemical data were analyzed by unpaired t-test. All statisticalanalysis was made using GraphPad InStat® version 3.02. Contrasts were made between the treated and
TW (vehicle) groups, and differences were considered statistically significant when p ≤ 0.05.
