In our former experiments, we have fabricate undoped VO2
thin films with low phase transition temperature by using reactive
ion sputtering and post-annealing process [10,11], and we can control
the phase transition temperature of the VO2 thin films within
a certain range by altering the deposition conditions [12,13]. In the
present work, we report a multilayered structure for smart window
based on nano-polycrystalline VO2 thin film with phase transition
temperature of 35 ◦C. The structure is optically transparent for visible
light and can adjusting infrared transmittance sensibly.
