This study shows that research work in this context of identification of QWL and OCB
factors and addressing most significant factors may become motivational for
employees. The room for development is identified in research for employees who will
bring value for them at broader level. Employees feel more committed and satisfied by
psychological growth opportunities, dynamic nature of work, better pays, compensation
and relaxed working hours. The strategies that are based on such productive research
studies will not only attract and retain committed work force but also will record a
dramatic increase in organizational profitability specially banking sector.
