1) 2) Damaged Pallet
According to NGK, it seems to be damaged by forklift when insert the fork into the front pallet of the said pallet.
(The said pallet are located in the 2nd raw.)
There is no error report when NGK load the pallet into container
The length of forks (=115cm) that NGK use is shorter than the length of pallet (=126cm).
**FYI: NGK provided the 3 photos of NGK’s forklift.
As a result of the above points, they guess it was damaged when the pallet was unloaded from the container.
In addition, regarding 2) pallet # 000720, 2 types of pallet seals were attached on the box in a parallel position,
but as far as we confirm the photo, the position of the remain seal is moved and the other seal is disappear
though the pallet is wrapped by film.
Therefore, pallet# 000720 in the photo is not the same condition as NGK loaded on the container.
3) Damaged package
Since this pallet is located in the front row, NGK has a photo that is taken just before the container door closed.
Please kindly find the photo “Picture before shutting container TCLU7375542_CTC.JPG”.
The lower left side is #000808, and you can confirm that there is no damage.
NGK also informed that they haven’t received error report from operator who van the pallet and check the cargo appearance.
Please also find the “investigation result” that is issued by NGK.
Please kindly be informed and feel free to share us feedback. Thank you.
Best regards,
FON
