One of the most important things to think about when pondering a healthy lifestyle is physical activity. In order to move stagnant energy and get your circulation pumping, you need to move your body. Clean your house. Ride your bike. Walk the farmer's market. Physical activity does not have to be a boring hour on the elliptical. It can be fun, outdoors, with the wind in your hair and the sun in your face. Get creative. Think about what your favorite physical activity as a child was, and do that for at least 30 minutes, three times per week.
