Job Title: Bookkeeper/Clerk Place of Work: A catering unit
Scope & General Purpose:
To assist management with the day-to-day compilation and completion of all financial and statistical returns required by the company.
Responsible to: Catering Manager
Responsible for: Trainee Bookkeeper/Clerk
Liaises with: Suppliers, kitchen staff and control departments.
Limits of Authority: Petty cash payments up to an agreed amount
