Nowadays, health is an important thing that people have interested and have attention, so many herb or plant chemicals have been used widely. In the special report, olive oil is such a thing that is considered a functional food with components that contribute to its overall therapeutic qualities including a reduction of risk factors of coronary heart disease, the prevention of cancers, and alterations of immune and inflammatory responses.
In this research, I would like to analyze one such discuss and answer the following question about olive oil nutrition to help you better understand what’s true about this so–called “healthy” fat – and what’s not: What is the advantage of using olive oil? What is wrong with olive oil?
In order to understand, I will study the olive oil nutrition chart comparing the nutrients in the same number of calories from green leafy lettuce and olive oil. In addition, I will discuss research from the Nurses Health Study, from Harvard Medical School analyzing the habits and health of nearly 90,000 female nurses. Finally, I will include commentary in a recent study in the New England Journal of Medicine, scientists followed for years the diets and health of 22,043 adults in Greece.
It is hoped that this research will help us to better understand olive oil nutrition what’s true or not true, and use it properly.
