I have attached the grading sheet and speech document heading page that each student should fill out on the computer. They should put their speech below the heading on page 2.
The saved document with speech should be saved to .docx and emailed to the person in each group of 6 who will collect them. The youtube links should be sent at the same time.
Both the docx and the youtube links should use the following name pattern:
202 Final G31 #### Nickname
The "####" is for the LAST 4 digits of the student number.
If students follow that pattern they will get positive participation points for it. If they do it wrong, the will get negative points. Presentations turned in on time will get positive points. Late ones will get negative points.
As a reminder, the students should keep the outline below in mind as they finalize their presentations. More items can be added ( example, elaborations, postponing and referring back, etc.) but what you see below is needed for a good organization score.
I sent you a list of students in each row already. Has your group decided who will be the team leader for each section of each row? I put the list at the bottom of this email again, to help you with that.
One more thing. I should have a paper copy of the grading sheet and speech for official records, so please ask students to print their .docx out and get it to you. Please collect them all by Monday, 31 March and either bring them to my office (HU1308) at lunch time or find me in QS 2206 before 10am or just before 12. SMS me if you plan to come to the QS classroom and tell me when you will come. I will be giving a test on that day.
