In the interviews, we asked question about induction – the program and the
process – and we interviewed and observed managers, old-timers and newcomers in
both enterprises. We also asked questions about the interview persons’ education and
work history as well as their perception of the enterprise. In order for us to gain an
understanding of the enterprises, we read different kinds of documents including
available internal records, training documents, corporate websites, business reports,
etc. We also deliberately used our emotions to get a feeling for the atmosphere as well
as looked upon the physical outline of the enterprise from an aesthetic perspective
