2. Propriety rule reflects whether authorities refrain from making improper or offensive remarks. Do authorities refrain from improper remarks?

If an authority do not care the flatter in work, not praise, not support them, another employees they would be happy and the authorities can treat employees with sincerity.
4. Recommendations:
Doing activity with group work in organization can make the employees feel unity, harmony that would raise they feel affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment.
