• Attend Technical training program and learn the skills necessary to perform the job.
• Perform welding, machining, and thermal spray operations on aerospace equipment.
• Welds together metal components as specified b standards/specifications, OEM manual, routing, procedure or work instruction/process sheet using electric arc-welding equipment.
• Operate semi-automatic TIG welding machine.
• Operate Spot welding machine and stud welding machine.
• Obtains specified electrode and inserts into portable holder or threads consumable electrode wire through portable welding gun.
• Welds in flat, horizontal, vertical, or overhead positions.
• Examines weld for bead size and other specifications.
• Maintain certifications, records, inventories or other documents as required.
• Prioritize work sequence based upon schedule demands and company priorities.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, mechanical drawings and process sheets and follow their procedures/instructions.
• Possess basic knowledge of the company’s enterprise resource planning system and be able to operate job relevant enterprise resource planning system operations.
• Follow all company policies, including safety and quality instructions.
• Perform all tasks with excellent quality per company, customer and regulatory standards.
• Must follow and maintain all regulations from aviation authorities (eg. FAA, CAAC, EASA and Thai DCA)
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment.
• Participate on continuous improvement initiatives and/or procedure medications to improve repair and overhaul processes and production efficiency.
• Participate in tooling development with tooling engineers.
• Complete manager’s assignments or any other job duties as assigned by the employer.
• Maintain a neat and orderly work station and promote overall good lean 5S methodology practices.
• Coordinate with other employees and product line manager to complete work on time per company and customer requirements.
