Taboo
No. 1: Staring is considered rude everywhere. And its not a taboo.
No. 2: Eating while walking about is common everywhere and no different here in Brunei. The only time where this is to be avoided is during Ramadhan period. Also, not a taboo.
No. 3: I think someone mistaken Brunei with Japan. In Japan's culture, it is considered rude to pat a child's head. Though then again, why would anyone pat/touch another's head if its not for celebrating victory (BRUNEI YAKIN!) or to check for bold spots? And still, not a taboo.
