To assist an employee or employee’s family members in case of the death of the employee or an employee’s immediate family members.
Assistances
The Company will grant the following assistances:
In case of the death of the employee:
1. The Company will grant a funeral assistance amounting 5,000 Baht per person.
2. One night hosting of funeral
3. A wreath from the Company
In case of the death of the employee’s immediate family, the Company will grant a funeral assistance amounting 2,000 Baht per person.
Eligibility
All permanent employees who have successfully completed the probation period.
Exclusions
The Company will not grant the assistances mentioned in the following cases:
1. Death from suicide or illegal acts with an intention to injure oneself or other persons, or to cause damage to the Company.
2. Death due to the failure to undergone the annual medical check-up arranged by the Company.
Reimbursement procedures
An employee is able to reimburse this assistance by submitting the death certificate together with the house registration to the Human Resources Department. The Company will pay the assistance money into the employee’s bank account according to the Accounting Department payment schedule. The employee will be responsible for income tax incurred from this assistance.
Beneficiary
1. In case of the death of an employee, the Company will pay the assistance to the beneficiaries
according to the information the employee provided to the Company.
2. In case of the death of an employee’s immediate members, the Company will pay the assistances to
the employee. An employee’s immediate members defines as legal spouse, legal children, parents.
