Plants treated with high zinc concentrations (5 and 10
mM ZnCl2) showed significant decreases in chlorophyll
(Chl a, Chl b, Chl a/b) and carotenoid contents compared
with the control, while (Table 3) the chlorophyll and
carotenoid contents in the plants grown in nutrient
solution with low zinc concentration (1 mM ZnCl2)
