It is not required to show "VAT INCLUDED" when you show VAT separated on the invoice as you are already showing the VAT amount. This is not a requirement that we are aware of. however, if your accounting team prefers to show this way that is their choice.
VAT INCLUDED means it is included in the price shown.
To show it is a VAT receipt it should say words: "VAT FOR THIS RECEIPT SHOWN ABOVE" or "VAT INCLUDED AS ABOVE"
Also the example shown is for "INFORMATION BILL" -
KHUN NOK - please also do screen shot of final bill to ensure the footer is correct on that as well - both are from same template but just to be sure it is correct.
