Matcha contains nutrients that can be of high interest for customers:
Antioxidants: Tea-catechines, especially EGCG (Epigallocatechingallat) have many positive effects. Matcha shows an amount of 70 mg per gram, which is higher than data of a comparable amount of common green tea in a bag.
Amino acids: L-Theanine is an amino acid that can mainly be found in green teas. L-Theanine has a calming, relaxing effect and slows the effect of tea-caffeine.
Teaine: Tea-caffeine. Caffeine is well known for its stimulating effects.
