Ginger(2kg) obtained from the local market in,Korea was
chopped, pulverized and extracted with hot water at a ratio of
1:10 (w/v) and concentrated to a weight ratio of 1:1(w/v),
and was then mixed with calcium carbonate(1:10,v/w),
spray-dried,and used as the test sample.A total of 30 crossed
