Regarding to an issue of Salary Adjustment and Promotion (from DIV. to GM Level ) for Ms. Emrat which is still not be effective until the end of May 2015, we investigated with the payroll team and found that the process has still not been completed yet. They did not receive any payroll advice for her new salary adjustment with the signature of approval from the relevant parties.
In case if the employee get her salary adjustment for promotion, there are criterias and process as follows :
1) Supervisor need to propose details of the qualified employee for promotion to HR Corporate in Thailand for their further process.
2) HR will propose the salary adjustment and cordinate with the line manager when considering the salary adjustment.
3) HR Corporate will propare the payroll advice form which is provided the employee’s annual performance evaluation results ( periods for last two years ) and send to the supervisor for further approval process.
4) Afterward, the supervisors will need to give their feedback on the form provided and send back to HR Corporate in Thailand.
Please note that I will prepare this required form as attached and sent to you and K. Philippe for filling comments and signing approval.
