TALKING BUSINESS
Apple
Macintosh has a long history of predicting customers' needs and
Satisfying them. It was Apple which came out with the iMac computer which
Made Internet access a simple matter. A more recent innovation is the
ingenious iPod which is the most revolutionary personal music player since
the Sony Walkman. The iPod can store thousands of downloaded songs. It is
like walking around with your own personal jukebox. It has been so
successful that retailers have been unable to meet the demand. Apple's continuing
story just shows that if you understand your customers and meet their needs,
you will produce products which will almost sell themselves.
