The last part focuses on the history and political movement of the Northern Farmers Network (NFN) of which my research community is a member. It demonstrates that the NFN is facing ever more complicated eco-politics in comparison to many other forest people’s networks due to the ethnic identities of NFN members and the location of the lands where the NFN members are living. This reflects that the shift of land values is not only affected by economic globalization, but intra-national politics still have much effect to the constructed meanings of land and the disputes over the rights to land.
