Could you please check again I can't not found any incidents in dashboard, but today I think, I have 2-3 incidents which assigned to me and during process.
Now I have to seaching an incident by used the ticket no. put to menu "Form--->incidents". Normally when I click on the "ITSM dashboard" I always found the incidents that assigned to my group.
I think, the problem occur when we changed to new Orga no. 4-5 days ago.
