This higher level of ease is explained by the fact that the second cohorts
have been exposed to the course details, requirements, and commitments
expected from them well before the program started. Furthermore, these stu-

dents had access to the previous cohort’s forums and coursework, and finally,
they had interactions with the first cohort students who acted as mentors in
the process. We believe that this delivery approach of the master’s degree is
analogous to a spiral approach to systems development where each iterative
phase brings improvement to the process and product. As the program
evolves, the students achieve better understanding.
