Graduate Student
1. Accept your Offer of Admission in the MyUCSC portal (http://my.ucsc.edu). Graduate admission offers are sent between February and March, depending on the program. Once you have been offered admission, you must formally accept the offer. This process is done through the MyUCSC portal and must be completed by the deadline given in your Offer of Admission. You will need your CruzID Gold Password to log in to the portal. Please see this site for help on creating your Gold Password.
2. Submit the required documents to UCSC Graduate Admissions by July 1, 2015 (Fall 2015):
I-20/DS-2019 Request Packet: Student Information Sheet, passport identity page, Certification of Finances, and proof of funding. Must be high quality images.
Graduate Transfer-in Verification Form, if you are currently attending or have previously attended a U.S. college or university
UCSC Graduate Admissions will request these documents from you in mid-late April. Do not send them before you have been asked to do so.

3. Summer Session 2. Some academic programs encourage graduate students to begin their program during the summer. Please check with your department. Note you will need to show additional proof of funding for summer expenses. If you will start in Summer Session 2, you must submit all documentation by May 15, 2015.
